Season Passes Accepted At All Home Athletic Events Except Playoffs

Electronic Season Pass

Started in the 2017-18 school year, HHS is again offering electronic “season passes” for admission to all home varsity athletic events in 2018-19.    This ticket option enhances our level of customer service, creates a more efficient and secure purchasing and entry process, and honors families with multiple student-athletes or multi-sport athletes.

Two season pass options are available.  Both provide admission to all home HHS athletic events, for all seasons, not including section playoff games.  Option one is an “adult pass.”   The adult pass is $70, and admits one adult to any event.   Option two is a “Adult PLUS pass.”  The Adult PLUS pass is $110, and admits one adult along with a maximum of two school-aged children to any event.   

Season passes are available in electronic format only.   We have partnered with StateChamps Tickets, who will service season pass holders directly.  To obtain a season pass, you must purchase the pass directly from StateChamps through their mobile app.   This is a two-step process.  

** If you purchased an electronic season pass last year (2017-18), note that you must purchase a new pass for 2018-19.

First, download the free StateChamps app.  The app is available for both Apple and Android devices.  Go to the app store on your device, find the StateChamps app, and download it.  Second, go to the “buy tickets” tab inside the app to initiate the purchase of your season pass.  The first time you purchase a pass, you will have to select the state of MN, then Hastings High School, and then select the passes you want to purchase. For any future purchases, HHS will be saved into your online profile and it will automatically load our school page.    If you encounter any technical difficulties, email StateChamps directly at support@statechamps.com.   Service reps are available from 8am-8pm, and aim to respond within 24 hours.

Once you have the app and have purchased a pass, you are ready to use it at any HHS regular season home event!  To use your season pass at a home athletic event, you must be logged in to the app, and you will show your device to HHS event staff at the gate.  They will confirm your season pass, “tear” your digital ticket on the screen by swiping across your screen, and will promptly grant you entry.   Do not “tear” or “swipe” the ticket yourself prior to arrival – event personnel working the ticket gate must “tear” the digital ticket for you.
