Updated Meet Schedule with athlete dismissal times and meet start times.

Practices will be held from 9am-11am from August 12th - August 23th. Our first practice will by Monday, August 12th at 9am at the high school. We will meet at the upper entrance (south facing entrance), and have a team meeting in the lecture hall.

Staring August 26th, practices will be held from 3pm-5pm. Saturday practice times will vary and times will be communicated in the band app.

We will have a parent meeting on Thursday, August 15th at 6:30 pm, located at the high school in the lecture hall.

Athletes - Please join our group in the Band app, we will use this for all team communication. Parents are also welcome to join!

The following google doc is an outline of our training plan for the 2024 season.  Know that practices and workouts will change/be updated as the season progresses, and that training will vary by individual. 

However, we will mostly stick to this framework, keeping our goals for the season in mind.
